The Modest Nature will increase Special Attack by 10% and decrease Attack by 10%.
A Pokémon with the Modest nature will like Dry flavors and dislike Spicy flavors.

Pokémon Natures
A Pokémon Nature will increase and decrease two of its stat, both by 10%. The stats that can be affected are: Attack, Defense, Special Attack, Special Defense, and Speed.
Neutral Natures
There are five Natures that have no effect because they increase and decrease the same stat.
Flavors
Natures also determine a Pokémon's favorite flavor and disliked flavor. Each stat (i.e. Attack, Defense, Special Attack, Special Defense, and Speed) are associated with a flavor.
The Pokémon's favorite flavor will be the one associated with the stat that is increased by its nature. Its disliked flavor will be the one associated with the state that is decreased by its nature.
